Depending on the partner you choose, to earn Reward points, you will need to:
- Transfer your points from your partner account, for example your favourite airline loyalty programme, to your ALL account,
- Hire a care, purchase products or book services from one of our partners, ensuring that you enter your ALL membership number,
- Complete a survey and earn partner points to transfer to your ALL account, …
Visit the “Partners ” section of all.com to search for them by industry sector and identify those that allow you to earn Reward points in the "Earn" tab.
You will find a page dedicated to each partner detailing :
- The benefits offered to the members of ALL,
- The conversion rate applied to partner points transfers to your ALL account (if applicable),
- The procedure and conditions to follow in order to carry out transactions eligible to earn Reward with this partner,
- The terms and conditions of use of this partner.
We do invite you to consult them before making your transactions to ensure that you receive your benefits.
Points conversion from your partner account to your ALL - Accor Live Limitless account is also subject to conditions:
- Only the member owning these two loyalty accounts can convert his points,
- Both Loyalty accounts must belong to the same person and be registered to the same first and last name.
First name: Miguel Last name: PINTO GOMEZ
Both accounts -the ALL account and the partner- must be registered in that full name. If one of these accounts is only registered under Miguel PINTO instead of Miguel PINTO GOMEZ, the points transfer will be rejected.
- Members must ensure that they provide an up-to-date ALL card number when redeeming points.
