How do I change or amend an existing booking?

There are a number of easy ways to amend or change an existing booking that you have:

1. Contact the hotel directly for assistance to amend your booking
2. Log in to Accorplus.com using your email address and password, then click on your profile and scroll down to the bookings section.
3. Call the Accor Reservations team, you can find the contact details here: https://all.accor.com/gb/help/contact.shtml

Please note that not all bookings are refundable and this depends on the booking conditions attached to your booking.
