There are a number of easy ways to amend or change an existing booking that you have:
- Contact the hotel directly for assistance to amend your booking
- Log in to Accorplus.com using your email address and password, then click on your profile and scroll down to the bookings section.
- Call the Accor Reservations team, you can find the contact details here: https://all.accor.com/gb/help/contact.shtml
Please note that not all bookings are refundable and this depends on the booking conditions attached to your booking.
