Generally, the reason for the suspension relates to a login from a suspicious IP, such as using a VPN or public WIFI while travelling. These suspensions are to protect your personal data.
If your account has been suspended it is to prevent any malicious activity from being carried out. We attempt to contact our members via email if their account is suspended.
While your account is suspended, you will not be able to:
- Use Reward points to book a stay
- Register for points promotions and offers, and earn bonus points
- Renew your membership
You can still book a stay using your Members rate and enjoy your dining discount.
To reactivate all your benefits and ensure the security of your account, we request your assistance with the following
- Change your account password. Please login to accorplus.com and update your password by selecting "Forgotten Password" and follow the prompts
- Email email@example.com to confirm that your password has been updated and attach an identity document showing your photo, name and address. This document will be deleted after processing your re-activation.
