Under normal circumstances it would take 3 weeks for your membership pack, including your new Accor Plus card, to be delivered. Due to the ongoing issues related to Covid 19 there is a delay in processing and these can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
In the meantime you can access your digital card via the ALL app, simply sign in and click My Account, then tap on the card image. You can show your digital card to access member benefits and start experiencing more straight away. Download the ALL app now.
