If you have lost your membership card, there are a couple of options:
Your digital membership card remains is available on the Accor All app free of charge. Simply present your digital card on your smartphone to access your member benefits. Download the Accor All app now.
- Make sure you are logged in, using your registered Accor Plus username (email address) and password
- At the top right corner of the app, tap on the membership card image
- Your digital card will appear
Alternatively, you can order a replacement card online. Please note a card replacement fee is applicable and varies by country.
You will receive a new physical membership card free of charge when you renew your membership.
