You can earn reward and status points for every dollar spent per eligible stay. An eligible stay is any stay that you have booked either via accorplus.com, all.accor.com, ALL app, the reservations team or directly with the hotel. Stays booked via third party booking sites are not eligible to receive points.
You can view your current points balances and recent stays in your Profile (top right corner) on accorplus.com
If you have stayed at a hotel but are yet to have your points credited to your account, please contact us with the tax invoice from your stay and we would be more than happy to assist. Please include the following information:
- Booking reference number
- Accor Plus membership number
- Details of the stay
