Reward points expire 365 days after your last eligible stay which earned reward points. As long as you have an eligible stay at least once within a 365 day period, your reward points will not expire.
Status points are also earned based on eligible stays at Accor properties. However, status points always expire at the end of each calendar year and are used to determine a member’s status level.
To check your reward and status points balances, login to accorplus.com and click on Profile (top right corner).
In your Profile, you will see your reward and status points balances and the expiry date for each points type.
Due to the impact Covid all Accor Plus members will maintain their current status upon renewal in 2020 and 2021.
