If you have made a flexible booking via accorplus.com, ALL.accor.com or the hotel directly, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your stay. You can cancel a booking by logging into all.accor.com and accessing your profile to see your upcoming stays.
If you made a pre-paid booking, this generally means that the booking can be cancelled but under the booking conditions you will not be entitled to a refund. If you purchased travel insurance for your trip, this may be covered under the cancellation policy.
Alternatively, you can try contacting the hotel directly to see if they can offer any assistance.
Stay Plus night bookings
You can cancel your Stay Plus night booking up to 24 hours before your check in date. You can cancel these bookings via www.accorplus.com and accessing your profile. You should see a Stay Plus night available to book in your account within 24 hours of cancellation.
If your Stay Plus night was part of a booking at a prepaid rate, your Stay Plus night will be credited back to your account. However, there is no refund available for the prepaid portion of the booking
